Right click and download the following links. For the executable to work, put the executable and the DLL in the same directory and run the executable from that directory.
The executable will require .NET 3.5 framework. Try to run the executable. If it does not work, download and install .NET 3.5 from
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=21.
Source code is compressed in 7-zip. If you do not have 7-zip, you can download it from
http://www.7-zip.org/download.html
